Finding relaxation in our everyday lives can be challenging. This class is 75-minutes of “me time” and is fully supported in a restorative yoga practice. This can be a deeply healing practice and is a way to bring harmony and peace to an often hectic life. You will need to have some props for the practice. This can include blankets (4-5 is ideal), two blocks, a rectangular bolster or firm cushion/pillow, and an eye cover. You can improvise with beach towels, thick bed blankets, and firm cushions from a sofa/chair. You must sign up in advance to attend class.
