Some people seek sanctuary and time to reconnect to themselves. This class includes mellow yoga moves, yoga philosophy, meditation, and deep relaxation. Perfect for practitioners of all levels and experience and those wanting to deepen their knowledge of ways to manage stress and find greater ease in daily life. This class format was inspired by working with those caring for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Open to both men and women, no experience necessary. An ability to get up and down from the floor is helpful but not necessary as a chair may be used for parts of this practice.
